Two paths,
one destination

Self leadership

Noor | Recovering Corporate Addict | Advocate of Self-Leadership |

After two decades in corporate life, I realised I’d lost something essential, my sense of agency.

My mission now is to help others find self-leadership. What I share is born from lived experience, the same process that helped me rediscover clarity, purpose, and balance through self-awareness and reflection.

From that journey, I built two paths to self-leadership to help others reconnect with themselves:

Bringing self-leadership into the workplace before burnout begins.

These two paths emerged after years in high-pressure roles that left me burnt out and disconnected from myself. I didn’t see it clearly until the day I realised I was only a shell of who I once was.
That moment changed everything, and to understand how I got here, it helps to go back to the beginning.

A jarring cultural shift. I struggled to catch up, study, and pass within a rigid education system but learned adaptability and empathy for misfits.

Why Self Leadership

To lead means to move forward. Self-Leadership then is the act of moving yourself forward.
